A little earlier while I was posting a detailed response in another diary, it was a bit of a coincidence that the author of the the book I use to calculate calories etc was being interviewed as part of tonight's catalyst episode on exercise, diet health etc. in her role as head of nutrition at the AIS nothing new for me in the episode but worth a watch especially covering the facts that %30 of those who think they are healthy according to BMI have health risks due to their fat levels and pointing out the facts that muscular strength is a major indicator of future health.
