I would be interested to know what you are eating. Would you mind putting down just one day's "normal" eating for us to have a look kal-el. Maybe you are not eating enough protein. Cheers.

sry, I wanted to hyperlink the south indian food items then and there but I forgot.

here you go.

Idli, is very soft, tasty and good.
Dosa, is my favourite. No 1. :(.
Rice with side dish, it is usually is like this.

DAY 6

1 hour of Jump Rope done.

I have to maybe, practice my attention at something else while I do jump rope. I am efficient at it, am not flunking but still it would be lot more easier and less heavier on my mind if I could just breeze through my workout sessions while focusing on say, a television show, or some documentary.
The workout session is pretty tight and the jumps are timed and jam packed, and it shouldn't be a problem for me to side by side focus on something else while the jumping kills the time alternatively, to my advantage.

Still not getting confident of myself, I might drop out. I have done it before. Jumped for a week properly and logged here promptly and just dropped out just like that. I hope to ingrain this in my character to jump rope like this everyday but I can only do my best towards it. I am.

DAY 7

1 hour of Jump Rope done.

Didn't think much about the workout sessions like the previous days. Just did it, earlier today than before. My DOMS is better, receding.

Cheers.

Well, I would like to get up early in the morning and do this stuff. Like getting up at 4:30 in the morning and doing this from 5am to 6 am, so that it becomes something of a habit. Doing this at the start of the day would take my mind off of it. I don't know if am strong enough for that yet but am just putting it out there. I will try to get this done but am not sure how soon. I am keeping myself ready for this. It is like a "wish". Just want it to come true. That is all.

DAY 8

1 hour of Jump Rope done.

Rough day, I was gonna fall out. Then I just started doing a little bit at start and then ended up finishing 1 hour.

Cheers.

1 hour of jump rope? Good job! I bought a jump rope last month. I think it's still in the box it came in. haha! I really should get it out. :)

Week 2, day 2

1 hour of Jump Rope done.

Felt refreshing the first time ever. No mental glitch. No stressing about it. Perfect.
This is adding to my mood. Great.

I think I got my groove back from last year. I am not missing jumps. It is perfection, the jumping, which makes it even more hard/intense. As missing jumps was giving seconds gap to regain my composure, jumping without missing is intense. Glad.

well, join in, we could be jump rope buddies. :cheers2:

cheers.

Well, I found my jump rope. Today I was working out with weights so I only did it for like 5 minutes, just to see how hard it was now. I was the queen of jump rope on the playground in 3rd grade.... not so much anymore! haha! That is hard! I'm going to try to incorporate it into my routine though, so hopefully I'll get better. lol!

Okay, week 2, day 4,

1 hour of Jump Rope done.

well week 2, day 3 was a no workout day, but I have a beeminder and I put in 60 for that day. I will some how compensate this one hour in the coming days. I don't wanna have off days at all, it is just that, yesterday I had some work in the evening and it got extended till mid night and I came home at 3 in the morning. So, it literally made it impossible for me to do my 1 hour of jump rope. I am going to count that day in as a good day as I personally feel that it is not a relapse into my old habits. In the future, I have to make time and give utmost priority to the 1hr per day jump rope thingy.

Okay, week 2, day 5,

1 hour of Jump Rope done.

Nothing. The usual day. Jumping to 150 BPM makes more sense, makes it fun, time flies that way.
