I know I'm doing pretty much everything right here.
I've lost almost 15 pounds since June, and I'm VERY happy with my performance. I've been eating 4-5 times a day almost all fruits, veggies, yogurt, and then bunches of protein.
I go to the gym about 4 or 5 times a week and ride the stationary bike for 45 minutes or so and do some "casual lifting" meaning I don't push high weight or high rep, but get a burn. (I can't run because of bad knees)
I am seeing definition in my chest, abs, arms in addition to my weight loss.
Although I am very happy and proud of myself, I have one major problem : THE SPARE TIRE
It's improved slightly with the rest of the changes my body has gone through, but it lingers. I have good definition in my abs now, showing the top of a 6-pack even!
It goes all the way around too - lovehandles and around back.
Does anyone know what this is all about? I'm of the assumption that it's going to take years to get rid of it - and it that's what it takes, so be it - But am I missing any good workouts for this problem in particular?
Like I said - I'm proud of myself, and happy with the results I've seen. I feel like I've done everything right, and this problem area is just really annoying.
If anyone has anything, I thank you in advance!
