hey guys, quick question, in my FBO workouts, besides squats and deadlifts, the only other exercise im doing for my abs is either situps or crunches, what can i do instead of those to target my lower abs more, i'm seeing less definition in them then higher up, thanks guys.
Exercises will NOT make them come out more
diet is what makes your abs show,but they are a muscle and so they can grow like every other muscle.
