Allright so I'm a 19 year old guy and finally decided to start workin out. All these years I thought it wasn't that important to workout since I was more of a bully so I always thought that workin out wasn't for me since I didn't need it. Well now I'm out of school and I kinda regret not working out that much when I was younger.
I'm pretty much skinny (very very slight belly btw), I weigh about 130 pounds I think the last time I checked when I was at the doctors haha, and I'm 5'7" in height. I don't gain that much weight, it pretty much runs from my dad side, their all skinny. So yea thats a little info about me.
Now I need some tips for starters but the thing is I can't go to the gym since I'll be going to college and getting a job next month, so the only time I have is when I'm at home. So I need some workout tips I can do at home every day, I mean I have some dumbells lyin arround my room ranging from 10 pounds all the way to like 60.
