Ok guys I need help.
I put on bulk very easily and over the last year I have built big pecs, back, arms, shoulders and quads.
Ive got to a size now where I don’t want to get any bigger.
I want to lose body fat.
Iam sick of just being able to feel my abs and not being able to see them properly through that layer of body fat.
Iam starting to add a lot more cardio to my routine. Am going on 30-45mins runs and have started using the rowing machine and cross trainer in my gym.
Also Iam trying to eat less calories (trying to drop to about 2000 calories from 3000).
As far as weights are concerned what should I be doing? Everyones heard of the high weight low reps = bulk and the low weights high reps = toning myth. True or false?
