Hi, Im just a little confused right now.. I've been doing upper body training for about a year now, i've seen very good results so far in my shoulders, arms , and especially in my chests. However the problem is that I was a little over weight when I started strenght building, so I began muscle building but only for my upper body. Now my upper body is shaped well and only reason I look fit, but the truth is that I got some extra fat in my lower body (the one I never did strenght building in) and I'm trying to get rid of the extra fat. I started playing alot of basketball, for 2 1/2 months, but I didn't see do any difference. Then I found out that you can't lose body fat and gain muscle at the same time? all I need is to lose some good 20 pounds of body fat, I don't know will me starting to do sit-ups lower my stomach? I'm really confused guys need some help. Thx in Advance.
