15 Mins of HIIT 24 Hours Before FBW?

If i do 15 mins of HIIT on Saturday before a FBW on Sunday (which i do high reps for exercises(15-18)) will it overtrain legs?

Yes it would. HIIT is a Anearobic Exercise so it should drain you good. Put HIIT on seperate days that your weight training.
