hi shellsy! well i've always used what's on trainerlynn's website. not sure where she went, but i still use her advice and workouts. click on the muscle group at bottom of page and it will give you different exercises for that area. hope that helps a bit.

So don't think I can do chin up unassisted! But I also need to remeber I do have a gym membership so maybe I'll incorperate it in for a good back day.

So I had a VERY rough day! Very irratable, had a massive headache all day - but I still came home and did a little workout!! Actually I did a shoulders workout and OH MY feel that burn! Then I did 10min on the bike and thought I was gonna die lol - I so hate cardio! MY legs were so tight after!! My goal this week is to do n less then 10min on the bike, cheesy to most I know but not for me. Plus half the videos I do have a bit of cardio in them as well.

So I weighed myself and don't even wan to say :eek: OMG is all I can say!
Good thing is I ate perfect yesterday! Even when the hubby came home early and wanted chinese at 10pm I said NO!
 
Well I don't know if it's that I'm getting sick or what but I had a bad night yesterday! I got really tired at work, then went mentally insane driving home and got fast food :eek: I can't tell you the last time I ate that crap!! Then I fell asleep on the couch and slept until the alarm went off this morning. And I'm still tired!

So verdict for yesterday - a big fat NO!

Yeah, but the wagon totally side swiped me! I gotta tell ya too that as I make the dreaded turn onto the drive through I see a line! I'm like omg ppl really do line up for this crap :eek: So as I'm sitting waiting to order I realize subway is right there I can get a veggie wrap-ok maybe I shouldnt be having the carb meal but its way better then what I 'm about to order! But still I fought with myself and still caved! thats what freaks me out the most, how I sat there debating it!!

HMMM good question!:p I've been having a bad few days, feeling really blah I'm guessing from female issues ;) I was hungry and knew I had already had my carb meal for the day which I really crave at night so I was upset over that, I was feeling VERY lazy that I didnt even want to go into any stores. And before I knew it I was on the drive thru line :eek: There is no good reason for it, is the ever??? I have issues with carbs, and the thought of really craving a satisying meal (which is what carbs do for me) Now the smart me would have said fine have an extra carb meal, just make it a decent one!!
 
Hmm sounds like the convenience of the drive through was a big factor in your decision. Even though the Subway meal may have been higher in carbs, I'd be willing to bet it was much lower in fat. So when deciding between having more fats vs more carbs, I'd side with more carbs every time. (That is, when you're splurging of course - in a regular food plan you'd be sticking to your established percentages.) Still, the temporary comfort the fast food provided is probably history and you're left with the aftermath - the extra calories and possibly guilt as well. You're working out on a much more regular basis now than I can remember - use that same willpower to change your food plan too, and you will make your goal.
 
Thanks Stingo - and "possible guilt" PSH I felt guilty just having the thought of buying it! Convenience is what always gets me! I guess its what get most of America too.

I have the doctors tonight. This doctor I KNOW will comment on my weight. When I came back from Mexico 5 lbs heavier he passed a comment. And now being that I haven't scene him in 6 months he's really gonna have something to say! Meanwhile my reg. doctor try to say I'm not over weight just exercise. I said "Um, no I should be at least 135!!" At this point give me 149!
 
I'd go for fit and healthy over a set number, especially for something as volatile as weight. An excellent goal would be, for example, 20 minutes on the bike, or eating clean 90% of the time. Like you said, convenience is what gets everyone, including me - you have to fight off that urge and do what your mind is telling you is right. Once you see the results of doing so, your heart and body will follow.

So doctor noticed I gained 20lbs since last he saw me! I knew I kept gaining but never added up a total!!!!!!! That being said, I came home a made a shrimp stir fry I guess you can call it, and did 10min on the bike! I'm going to take kick boxing at the gym tomorrow night so I didn't want to do weights tonight. But believe me game on!! Like you sad Stingo 90% clean eating!!
 
Good luck with the game. Just remember when you fall down just get back up. If I go for fastfood I get salads (and eat the dreaded croutons..:D). Croutons and all will give you less calories(maybe same fat calories)than the meals and more healthier.
 
forgot to say food verdict was a YES yesterday :D

I have a new game plan to focus on more structured weight training now. Love the videos but too but really need to kick it up a notch now.

Tonight I do HIIT outside - looks nice out today too!
 
SO did a full body routine today-:eek: worked my booty off!! I felt like I ran just from doing the weights! I feel great! GOnna be sore tomorrow.

Eating has been on point today, going out for dinner thinking sefood or a steak. My only treat is a nice merlot ;)
 
I've done fullbody before, but this was a new routine and I haven't done fullbody in a while. Let me just say, from the dead lifts - my hamstrings are STILL sore! Not sure what I'm gonna do today because I'm so sore, maybe I'll just do HIIT for today and move my weights till tomorrow.

Eating was Fantastic all weekend, except I had 1 cheat meal, usually I'll cheat ALL weekend!! The cheat was a LITTLE bit of mashed potatoes. Ifeel awesome, my clothes already are fittin better. I'm not touching the scale though.
