hi shellsy! well i've always used what's on trainerlynn's website. not sure where she went, but i still use her advice and workouts. click on the muscle group at bottom of page and it will give you different exercises for that area. hope that helps a bit.

So don't think I can do chin up unassisted! But I also need to remeber I do have a gym membership so maybe I'll incorperate it in for a good back day.
So I had a VERY rough day! Very irratable, had a massive headache all day - but I still came home and did a little workout!! Actually I did a shoulders workout and OH MY feel that burn! Then I did 10min on the bike and thought I was gonna die lol - I so hate cardio! MY legs were so tight after!! My goal this week is to do n less then 10min on the bike, cheesy to most I know but not for me. Plus half the videos I do have a bit of cardio in them as well.
