Hi everyone, I just wanted to update my progress, as I have lost quite a bit of fat. It has been almost 11 weeks since I've been cutting, and all has gone well so far. It calculates to about 2.36 pounds a week, which seems healthy. I've read before that for men, the abdominal area is the last to lose fat, and I believe it now!
I want to say thanks to all the wonderful, friendly, helpful people on this site who have contributed in some way to my advancements. I have worked very hard, but without the knowledge and advice shared to me by so many, I don't think I would have made it far. No one is obligated to help, but so many do, and I can't possibly thank you all enough for it. I have learned so much through this site, and I hope to stick around for a long time to come.
Anywho, any comments are welcome! The first pic is at 208, the second one is at 182. Ignore the date on the first pic. I never thought I would be sitting at 182 pounds and still need to keep going down, but I still have several pounds sitting at my midsection that needs to get burnt off. I am dying to start bulking again though!
