First of all, I've never worked out or anything and I'm happy with my body, only my arms are really thin.
I'm 6.1 tall and weigh about 150lb; you get the idea. I eat like crazy and don't gain weight
My body just doesn't store any fat, no matter how much junk food I eat. That's also the reason why my lower arms are really thin. It's pretty much bones wrapped in skin

Therefore, since there are no muscles in lower arms, is it even possible to increase my arms girth by working out?
