I'm so preoccupied with graduation and job hunting and how much my schedule is going to change...etc, etc etc that my workout was eh...okay

Finished up with some high rep stuff for my nagging right elbow flexor.

Yeah...I like to go and put my weight on the bar and test for reps. I didn't do as well as I wanted, but I shouldn't have done all the other stuff first. Also, I over-stimulated myself and was hitting the cold sweats and naseau at that point. I got the idea from Sarge who hit 98 reps of 225 on the squat. It's a lot like the 20 rep breathing squats where they end up being singles with a few seconds of rest between each rep.

Yes! All yer 2000th posts are belong to me. :D Yeah, on the minor stuff I sometimes don't track weight or don't pay attention. The Gironda swings are something I picked up in a Thib article about shoulder training. I'm not really sure if I like the movement or not. It's kind of like a semi-bent arm db lateral raise and the other arm follow suit...it's on his HSS-100 shoulders article at t-nation.

Yeah...I haven't taken any pics in awhile. I got a new digicam but haven't put the software on the comp...I'll do that soon. I'll prob hit some new pics in a few weeks.

How are the Highland Games developing, Premier Evo?

They're coming along fantastically. March 24th is showtime. I'm in charge of getting the clans here...so I've been extremely busy emailing and phoning back and forth.

We should start practices again in two weeks. And I'll pick up doing odd-throwing in the field behind my house and in my backyard as soon as this snow clears up.
