To my knowledge, if you dislocate your shoulder then don't have it put back in place professionally, then it can pop out again much easier. Does this happen?
I think it definitaley plays a part. If MPs are popping your shoulders out, then it's a result of dislocating your shoulders.
umm.. lol, I'm pretty sure that you should have your doctor put it back in, I think they do it a way in which it's much, much harder to pop back out. I've never had a shoulder dislocated, so I'm not sure what would work and what wouldn't. Sry man.
Shrugs hit the back of the shoulders more, I can dislocate my shoulders at will and at first they would not stay in place, but as I kept doing presses, my muscles were able to control the dislocation and it doesn't happen anymore.Thats all right dude, I've just been looking at some shoulder stuff on a site and i saw shrugs, i tried them and they don't seem to hurt, would they be a good substitute?

it was 4 years ago and my Iaido teacher is "qualified" to do what he did. it doesn't hurt when doing anything else apart from military press, thats the only exercise that makes my shoulders hurt.
