Hi, I'm a 20-year-old male, I'm 5'6", 150 lbs., with a pretty toned body and a bit-above average muscle mass. I want to begin cutting, so I can shed overall body fat (hopefully under my chin and around my midsection) to get a bit more cut/lean.
I plan to start a fairly rigorous cardio routine while improving my diet to leaner foods and slightly smaller portions.
(1) Any advice on the cardio routine?
(2) Should I continue with my 4-day-a-week lifting routine? If so, how should I be lifting/with what intensity?
