ZUSAMMENFASSUNG...

hehe....

Eddie,

I do not feel that this group should be here to get "simple easy to
understand answers." I am a strength and conditioning coach and I
want to here what others have to say and I hope that they can back up
their words with research (or some practical experience). This is an
educational forum. As I tell all of my athletes, always ask why?? Too
many people in this field are looking for the easy answer. This is
not an attack on you in any way.

Mel was great for making one think and answer their own question.
Education is not being told the answer it is figuring the answer out.
I become more confused everyday and that makes me work harder and
learn more. I love to opportunity I have to read Dr Yessis and others
that I respect on this board. I have gained more knowledge trying to
figure things out and speaking to people who would not give me the
easy answer. In college (Penn State) I was often told the answer and
never given an opportunity to push my thinking but in the last five
years I have been given that opportunity. I only wish colleges (my
current employer included) educated more and stopped giving students
the answers.

Thank you

Doch wohl kaum
