Do you have any pic's of yourself before you started "pumpin'"?
It would be much easier to give you helpful criticism if you had one...
 
ich würde sagen ein leichter hauch ist schon drinne aber da musst du noch viel tun! d.h. weniger fett mehr muskelmasse

naja in 2 jahren hättest du mehr schaffen können aber für dein alter (soll jez nicht anstössig sein) siehst du supergut aus! weiter so!!

PS: körperbehaarung entfernen wär ganz gut =)
 
wenn ich ganz ehrlich sein darf...:( :Ich schätze mit ganzen 2Jahren Training wäre da noch erheblich mehr drin gewesen;aber wenn du am Ball bleibst,wirds noch...
Oder trainierst du eher für die Kondition und Fitnes??

Well, I started training in january 2002 and have no pics from then, but got some pics from august and november 2002, so I post them too..

The pics I have already posted are from 2003: april, july and november so in fact I had not been training for two years when the pics where taken.. Will take some new pics soon and put up.

I have been training one or two times a week the most time, because I have not got so much time as I would like to have for training.. Not aiming at being a BIG bodybuilder, more the fitness type of bodybuilder then..

Now I am trying to get to train three times a week though;
mon: arms, chest, abs
wed: legs, calves
fri: shoulders, back

About my body hair.. I have not been thinking of getting it of, but if I would compete sometime I guess I would have to..! ;-)

Posting a pic from august 2002 then, after half a year of training. this is the earliest pic of me I have got here..

haha.. of course you do not want to be offense, you just wanted to...?

but that is ok! I know I am not so big, yet! And I am merely aiming at competing in fitness later on, and actually I hope that this year will make a difference in my training and "bodybuilding". and if you had seen pics of me from some year ago, you might have seen that I have made some progress anyway. it depends on where you start too.. Found a couple of pics, with one year between them..

Due to the condition, that there is quite a difference between the pics of 2002 and 2003, you have achieved medium victory!

If you "only" want to start in the Fitness-Class, you probably will have to increase you bodyweight for about 15 pounds, and then do some definition with the help of a low carb diet, for example.

I really can recommend you to focus on your arms, as they are quite thin in relation to your wide chest.
Your chest has a lot of room, so you have a lot of potential there, while the bones on your arms seem to be slim.

But with the right training and nutrition, you`ll gain at least 15 pound till the end of the year!

Just keep pumping!
