Durch mein Bild entfachte gestern eine coole Diskussion von lui Marco, einem kanadischen natural BB'ler. Ich finde seine Tipps z.T. ganz gut, ausserdem hat er einen krassen Körper. Jedoch finde ich seine Behauptungen ein wenig komisch und möchte daher mal eure Meinung hören:
i love the Arms and the Shoulders but now am almost 100% sure you're Doing some cables or Pull ups for the back! if so i highly recommend to stop and stick only with rows my friend
it is Not Thick enough, Cables put a continuous tension on the Muscle even when it's fully Contracted so after a while the muscle will get smaller and smaller , Exercises that squeeze the muscle when it is contracted Are not good, You Have an amazing Genetics, if you do only Rowing you'll Have a Huge Back!
DUDES READ THIS : The muscle is like a Sponge and it will adapt to the way you hit it! if you Stretch a lot you're muscle fibers will get longer thus promoting a longer, more elongated muscle. Same goes with exercising : let's say you're doing Squats , it is Harder at the bottom when your muscle (quad ) is stretched and it gets easier as you get up ( getting up is contacting the muscle ie: making it shorter and smaller) that's why Squats promote Bigger More Massive Muscle , exactly the opposite of Leg extensions , You Get it?
