Enjoy this smooth, fruity, full of protein smoothie in a quick 2 minutes!


  • one cup extra firm tofu
  • one cup assorted fresh/frozen berries
  • one cup orange juice
  • three ice cubes
  • margarita mix (optional)


  1. - combine orange juice and frozen fruit in a blender.
  2. - add in the extra firm tofu to the frozen mix, and slowly add in ice cubes.
  3. - add in the margarita mix.
  4. - pour the mix into two glasses and enjoy!
