- one cup extra firm tofu
- one cup assorted fresh/frozen berries
- one cup orange juice
- three ice cubes
- margarita mix (optional)
- - combine orange juice and frozen fruit in a blender.
- - add in the extra firm tofu to the frozen mix, and slowly add in ice cubes.
- - add in the margarita mix.
- - pour the mix into two glasses and enjoy!
