Ingredients

  • 2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (7 oz) mushrooms, stems and pieces, liquid included
  • 1 cup chopped frozen spinach
  • 3 small stalks celery
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) French style green beans, liquid included
  • 1 box onion soup mix
  • 3 cup water

Instruction

  1. Put all ingredients into a large soup pot; bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to a gentle boil; cook an additional hour.
