  • 3 cups cold fat free milk
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 medium banana, cut into chunks


  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix well.
  2. Serve
