- 3 cups cold fat free milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 medium banana, cut into chunks
- Put all ingredients into a blender and mix well.
