Very refreshing drink without the fat! And it is so easy and fast to make one.
- 3 cups watermelon, diced (no rind)
- 10 cups cold water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Mash the watermelon until it is quite smooth. If using a blender, add the diced watermelon and 4 cups of water. Blend for a minute or two.
- Mix remaining water and sugar in the pitcher. Add fruit mixture to the pitcher and stir. Serve chilled.
