Well I finished school now, and I am more ready then ever to work out. The one thing I took from my "diet plan" even though that didn't work (was set for failure) i kept the counting calories and eating only when hungry, I also cut out soda and drink water and cold green tea.
Since then I lost 11 pounds from hardly working out, just eating better. Now that it is summer I am going to keep these new habits of eating well i formed, and work out a lot. Hopefully I see great improvement in my health
, I got myself a gym membership and plan to workout 4 hours a day there, and practice my dancing.
Also I would like to thank everyone who posted in my old thread, you guys helped a lot!
I will post pictures every week, and some videos of my dance progress as well. I guess this is something productive to do with my summer.
Old intro, for future reference and so I can see that I approached this all wrong.
So some background info is in order I suppose. My name is Ryan and I am 17 years old. I live in sunny California, but I will never go to the beach (Im too insecure about my weight). I'm a junior in High School, and play professional video games on my free time (such a workout I know
). I love to wear jackets, because I feel more secure in them. I think that the jacket obsession is because I think it hides my weight, but in reality it doesn't :S . I decided to lose weight because I'm physically tired of being 270 pounds and only 6ft. On top of that Im friends with a girl (and like) who is way out of my league because of my size, and maybe if I loss weight I could ask her out (I make her seem shallow, but shes not.) I just would feel better if I actually looked the part to be in a relationship with her.
So from here on out I am going to note everything I eat down :3 (hopefully not too much.)
Day 1: March 18
Breakfast:4 Strawberrys and Apple Juice
Lunch:Half a sandwich and water
Snack:Carrots
Dinner:Rice and Grilled fish
Exercise: Played some baseball, and jogg/power-walked 1 mile.
On each of my posts I will try to give some decent insight on my day and what I ate, I guess that's how it works?
