Starting up again!
So I decided to start this journal back up again.
* I went grocery shopping and I bought so much healthy food with my boyfriend and his friend. I bought vegetables that I can steam at home, bananas, cherries, apples, nectarines, TONS AND TONS of "Eating Right" products, bread, non-fat cottage cheese, oatmeal, etc etc. Hopefully this will help in terms of my diet.
* I filled out the paperwork for a personal trainer at my university. It's an "Personal Training Introductory Package." The personal trainer that I chose will start with an exercise screening, which will include the whole target heart rate calculation, blood pressure, body fat composition measurement mumbo jumbo.
As for exercising, I think I'm going to focus on cardio because when it comes to weight lifting, I know nothing. This is one of the main reasons for why I'm getting a personal trainer. I'm clueless in the gym. All I do is run on the treadmills like a gerbil.
I should get to bed now. I have classes tomorrow.
