So today i had all the intentions to stick to my calories and i did well untill watching tele i made a milky drink then had 2 icecreams!!!!!!!!! i dont know why i did it i just felf like them, im feeling a lil bit down because hubby has gone away for the week but im not sure, so tomomz noooo puddings i think, im going to walk over to the shop and buy more fruit. im really nervous my baby is going to be over weight. she is nearly 2 and i give her chocolate everyday, tomoz i think im not going to give it to her, she doesnt know any diffrent at this point. i really dont want her to be a toddler who demands sweets and choco so i better nip it in the bud now.
 
first step..do not "think" you will or wont do something, tell yourself "NO I WONT!" and listen to yourself too. It is all about self-control and self-discipline.
Yes of course it is hard, I was there and am still there but as time passes, listening to your self becomes easier and easier. Try fruits and no-fat yogurts, mixing the two making a nice smoothie...im sure your toddler would love those.
Me...when im craving sweets and things...I do fruits and LOTS of water...sometimes I grab a whole wheat slice of bread...put some light peanut butter and light jam and have it and it usually satisfies me nicely.

So don't tell yourself "maybe i wont eat chocolate tomorrow' say...
HELL no I wont...and keep your promisse.

It's a battle hun...so prepare to fight :)
