OH FORGOT TO SAY: BAD NEWS!!!
At the gym I weighted myself and I was 166!!! And two days ago when I started this diet and diary, I weighed myself at the doctors office and was 162...
It is definately difference in the scales so tomorrow I'll find the third scale and compare and see the real weight and chance my "frog track" to adjust to the real start weight.
