You've come too far

The weekend is upon us and this can be a time of struggle for a lot of people. I want to encourage everyone to think about how far you have come and visualize where you want to be say 6 months from now. The decisions that you make today will effect how you feel tomorrow and how you feel tomorrow will effect your progress into the next day and so on. Yes we all mess up and make mistakes but we should never allow ourselves to make excuses. You have it in you to stay on track today, tonight and through out the weekend. Its not just a vanity decision, its about your health and how you live your life. We all have the strength in us to say no to temptations. (when feeling tempted tell yourself "Not me, Not today") Sure its just one day, just one night but committed people should strive for progress whenever opportunity presents itself. Standing firm today puts you one step further on this journey tomorrow.
 
Thanks! I totally agree! We should set our goals and stick to them. If we just keep on going we will reach our goals eventually!

For me... I have lost about 5 kg now in the last 1.5 month. It's going faster then I expected it would go. In 6 months I hope to lose another 15 kg. I will reach my lightest weight in 10+ years, weighing as much as when I was 18. It will be awesome!

Great to see that you have this great mindset. It will be an asset in your quest to lose weight... even more, I think that losing weight is a great way to develop your character, and that the courage and discipline that you learn from taking on this challenge will help you in many other areas of your life! Physical strength becomes mental strength!
