You are probably still doing way to much "isolation" type exercises, or hitting a section with too many different exercises. I can absolutely promise you that I could work you out using your full body in just 30 minutes, and no matter how fit you are, you would acknowledge that it was an incredible and beneficial workout.everytime I try to do a full body workout, it takes forever (over an hour and a half), so I stick to a split
