Your workout?

everytime I try to do a full body workout, it takes forever (over an hour and a half), so I stick to a split
You are probably still doing way to much "isolation" type exercises, or hitting a section with too many different exercises. I can absolutely promise you that I could work you out using your full body in just 30 minutes, and no matter how fit you are, you would acknowledge that it was an incredible and beneficial workout.

I do exercises by movements, not by isolation. I have - scapular retraction/protraction serratus anterior/depression/elevation/lateral rotation (external only), The LTWY's, hip/quad dominant, upper body horizontal push/pull, upper body vertical push/pull, Core Lower RA/Rotation/Lateral Flexion, Stabilization (done between sets of exercises instead of standing around. Its not just planks and side planks though). I split all of that in half, so I can get everything in Mon/Wed/Fri, Tue/Thurs/Sat



BTW I am up for a challange of the 30 min workout you have. what exercises, sets, reps, weight, equipment should I use/have? Is it a circuit training type workout you have for me to try? I can try it at home today depending on what equipment is needed. =)
