IMO, free weights rule and always will. bodyweight exercises like chins and dips are right there also.

machines are ok. mainly for ppl with injuries or the frail or elderly.

i lifted on one of those dp machines from years ago, something like a soloflex. 5 minutes and i said i dont think so. the other day i saw a commercial for one of those bowflex machines.

it counted the reps for you :eek:

i immediatley changed the channel
