Your opinion

I did some reading i looked at the techniques, they all seemed to be very good. The diet i could understand and realise the outcome, i have a pretty general knowledge with all this bulking muscle stuff but that routine seemed to be ok. From previous posts about the push, pull days .. etc, what works well with each other, this routine seemed to be pretty good.

Would you say if i followed this routine with the guidelines of the diet i will have more noticeable muscle ?

His supplementation is stupid; his program is pretty worthless. Other than that...good stuff. :)

Haha, yeah, ...other than that

It needs quite a bit of work, the arms on their day alone bothers me, the fact that he has kickbacks bothers me, if I remember correctly he had too many forms of chest presses

I dont remember the diet exactly, but looking over it looked decent, that is pretty important

hahah i thought the diet was pretty good, but had no idea about the routines.
ok now for judgements for #2:

diet seems fine and the routines arnt that bad, the only problem is that currently i dont goto a gym i have a prettty good bench at home and a life time supply or dumbbells and weights, some of those leg routines and others require me for gym machines.

The legs day doesn't have squat or even deads, just leg curls and other crap. Just from that you know it's a bad routine

Diet is pretty good - routine isn't.

... im new to alll this, that routine is for newcommers to get used to all that techniques and diets, althought this is not a permanent routine ... it will help me to advance onto harder things and get me prepared.
