High my names Georgies, i am 17years old and have been trying to diet since i was 15. Growing up i was bullied alott, however i had a small group of friends so although it hurt when they pointed the figer, i always had my friends there to back me up. It wasnt untill highschool when all the girls started getting into clothing and boys that i started feeling left out. I was to embarassed to shop and often left shops in tears, and No Boy would ever look at me as more than a friend. So i began dieting, At once stage i lost 10kilo but put on 12 after.
Last year i had a Pre end of school Ball, and i was the only 1 who didnt go, because i didnt want to wear a dress and i didnt have a patner like everybody else. And for that i got bullied even more.

As of to days ago i have deicded to stop feeling sorry for myself because this is something i can change... and WILL changee. With all the helpfull support off all the lovley peope i have met here at WTF and the support of my parents i will reach my goals.

My Goal:
This is my senior year of highscshool very last year to show theese bullies what im made of. I WANT to loose 23 Kilo by that time. And hopefully find a partner. Im leaving school on a good note.

On the other hand, im not only doing this to look good for the ball, I am doing this to prove to myself that i can do it if i work hard at it, and keep trying.

I GIVE UP very easily, my motivation doesnt stick...but i will keep at it.

You sound like you have some pretty good motivation.

Never forget - you can do this!!! :cool:
 
It's okay to give up easily; you can always start back up again ten minutes later, right?
One thing you'll find is that this is both eaiser AND harder than you thougth it was going to be. Most days, I don't even miss or notice all of the extra food I used to eat, but sometimes, it is really tough.
Just try to find a few tricks that make it easier for you to stick with things, and you will have a better time of it. And if you slip and go off your food plan, don't worry about it, just get back ON your food plan and see if you can go do some exercise to help make up for it.

Why hello there everyone,
Firstly id like to say a BIG thankyou to all the kind warm wishes and ecouragment from everyone, greatly appreciated.

today is day 4 on my road to sucess and i am yet 2 slip of my diet. Before i speak to soon i am in big trouble, its 2:00 in the arvo here i have just finished work and a friend of mine has invited me over for spagetti bolognaise and chocolate chip cookies. I know to have a little bit is good for you, however i am still training my body on when ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

other than that, i am still working hard and have gone to the gym everyday.

Once again thankyou to all for keeping me motivated, and keeping me going to the gym, because once im there then all it takes it for me to think of how i wanna look in my formal dress which keeps me running.

ill let you kno how i go with my food situation today.
