You haven't been taking in as much protein as you thought.

Or at least thats what I think. Say the average person absorbs 35g of protein each time they eat. If they eat 5 times a day thats only 175g--not 250 if your shootin for that. How can one take in more protein--besides eating 10 times in 24hrs?
 
lol y duz our body only absorb 35 grams of protein per meal???
i recommend taking anywhere from 400-800 mg of alpha lipoic acid. It helps the body absorb more protein and some other good stuff.

ps: i do eat 10 times a day ><
 
for regular meals this may be the case but for the 2 - 3 meals after your workout you'll assimilate mote for the recovery process so bump up your protein cals then to make uo excess
 
i like having casein shakes in the middle of the night.

when i wake up then; i am dehydrated so it keeps my body anabolic : )
