Hiiyyaaa,.
Well I've decided to start a new diary, I had a MAJOR relapse, chinese takeaway, cake etc etc the works basically. I've had enough of it, I don't even enjoy it, especially afterwards, it's just like some mental thing. But that was the past, and heres for the future! I haven't weighed myself recently and I'm not going to but at a guess I'm saying I'm about 140 pounds. I'm about 5ft3 or there abouts and would like to get down to 100. In my next post I'm going to attach my 'inspiration', yeah a bit on the skinny side some of them but that's just my taste.

I'm going to use this diary to note down what I eat and to 'vent' a bit when needed, ahaha. Tomorrow's the start of the rest of my life :)

Ohh yeah I better change my ticker :(

The Quotes ?

'Weight' is spelt wrong in the fourth one, only just realised that ahaha. The first one is half right about 'temptation will pass'. I can only attach 5 :p
 
Ahaha I just realised I put 'you can' instead of 'i can' in my title and now it doesn't make sense. Oooops, well I suppose if I read it to myself it kinda makes sense, yeah.

But, does anyone know how I can change it? :)

I'll hopefully write on this daily like a diary :O but I can't guarentee it.

All stocked up on diet coke, bad for health I know, but at only 1 calorie per can I don't mind risking it. :/ That sounds awful.
 
how much did you weigh in those pictures?

They're not pics of me but that was my old sort of figure, the ironic thing is when I was at my 'perfect' weight I never weighed myself and never realised. And now all I do is I wish I knew. But I'm thinking about 100 pounds rougly or something :)
 
Breakfast: Rice Krispies,sweetner&skimmed milk & a glass of apple juice

Lunch: Tuna&mayo wholemeal sandwich & diet coke

Snack: Digestive biscuit

Dinner: Sausage, mashed potato & brocolli

Turned down the offer of a chocolate bar

I wish summer was around the corner! We just got our first big snow fall and this will continue for the next 6 months :nopity: I hate winter.
Anyway looks like you are on track and will reach your goals in no time! Keep it up!

Same! It really sucks :( I hate feeling the cold especially when working outside, in summer I can go all day and it's fun and well nice, but now it's like I need to do this as quick as possible and go back in to defrost again! And winter's only just started :/ Haha.

Snack: A few winegums(sp?) & diet coke

Dinner: Bolognaise meat & veg

Alright day, may be off to pub later so may have another diet coke, and possibly go on exercise bike later, who knows.

Forgot to mention, weighed myself this morning and was... 137pounds. Which is less than I was expecting seeing last week I really went off the rails. So yeah, just need to keep it up now! :)

Haha yupp street dancing :L It's with friends and well it's a laugh anyway. My mum knows cuz I sometimes have to make something else for dinner cuz tonight it was going to be egg and chips and I was just like I'm soooo not risking that and made myself a jacket potato. And my sister is the 'could eat as much as elephant' type and still not gain an ounce, soo not fair. I haven't told any friends or anything though cuz I'll get the usual 'nooo you dont need to diet' and all that rubbish, and theyre like size zeros as it is. Have you told anyone?
