I am going to attempt to keep track of what I eat, my weight, etc. I hope nobody judges me.

HW: 159 pounds
LW: 113 pounds

Salad (lettuce, beets, green olives, flax seeds, mushrooms): 168 cals, 9.4 fat(g)
Salad (mushrooms, lettuce, beets, green olives): 96 cals, 4.4 fat(g)
2 small grilled chicken breasts: 200 cals, 3.0 fat(g)
canned mixed fruit: 138 cals, 0.2 fat (g)

DAILY TOTAL: 1002 calories, 18 fat (g)

No Judgements here -

but I do have some concerns...

what made you pick 110 as your goal weight? I'd worry that would put you over the edge into underweight - right now you're smack dab in the middle of a healthy weight range --

We really encourage people to be healthy around here and make sure their attempts are done in ahealthy manner...
 
Well 110 seems like a nice well rounded number. I was once 109 (but I don't count that as my low weight) and would like to be close to that. I have a small frame.

I am struggling very hard to be healthy, but it is often hard to let go of my eating disorder. I am TRYING though, and that's what counts IMO. I figured joining a healthy site would be a good idea for me.

Some of my journal posts may sound off the wall or unhealthy, but it's a process and I'm getting there.

Don't worry about how your posts sound :)

There are a few people here who are in recovery from eating disorders - I pretend to be the den mother and worry about you girls :D

Hopefull you will get a lot of good info and healthy habits out of this site - there are a few very helpful expert types, so don't hesitate to speak up of you have any questions

Today I weigh 123.2 pounds. I'll update later about what I ate, because it's only 7:16am. Not a lot going on yet.

It's pretty boring at work this morning. Hence me posting on here. I hope it picks up, otherwise I'm in for a LONG day. Bleh.

I have decided to change my goal weight to 116 pounds. I figure that is a more realistic goal since I am trying to be healthy.

Wednesday was absolutely disgusting and shameful. I didn't want to eat those chips, but I did anyway. UGH. I'm destined to be fat forever.

hello there yippy :) let me also welcome you to the forum. actually you did perfect on wednesday, at least calorie wise. eating below 1200 cals is unhealthy in the long run, and i know you want to do this right, so it stays 116 or somewhere around that :) here's a tip, why don't you go to this site, it has excellent advice on healthy weight loss its from one of our members here on the forum and she lost a lot of weight :)

OMG TODAY WAS HORRIBLE. I haven't eaten this many calories since back when I used to B/P all day. Oh, the shame. :mad: My fat intake today was probably enough to give me a heart attack. Who knew peanuts had so much fat? WOW.

It's days like this that in the past I would head straight for the toilet. It's HARD not to do that now, and I still do fairly often, but I made myself keep it down today. It's my fault I ate all that, I don't need harm my body further by puking it up.
 
They would be okay if I were trying to gain weight, but since I'm trying to lose, they are high. I know I will have bad days, but it is just frustrating because they set me back. I hope today is better. This evening my boyfriend and I are flying home to see family and friends. I am worried about how many calories I will have this weekend, because Saturday my parents and I are going out to eat at my favorite Mexican restaurant.

I didn't keep track of what I ate over the weekend while I was in Ohio. I had too much going on and too much stress to even think about it. My weight didn't go up, so I guess that's a plus.
