Well after having my butt annoy me for so many years I've finally decided to do something about it, though I want to make sure I'm doing it right. I'm 20yrs about 115lbs, very slender upper body but my butt just doesnt match. Last tuesday I started going for a jog/walk in the morning usually for about 50min (mostly walk cause I can't run to save my life but I'm getting there,) if I keep this up, will it help me gain a smaller and firmer rear? There's also this huge hill along the route I chose, is it best to avoid it or will it help? I've been making healthier eating choices as well, though I'm not very knowledgeable of what my body needs.
Also, whats the deal with squats and lunges? Will they make the butt bigger or smaller? It seems the exercises for a smaller but are the same recommended for getting a bigger one, so I'm confused and not sure if I should do them or not.
