Linana, sorry to hear about your tendinites. It may take awhile to get it over with, depending on how bad is. When you restart exercising, build up slowly so your tendons get condiioned.

The good news is that for weightloss, it really comes down to eating less calories than your maintenance level. So, focus on your diet and consider counting calories so you get a good idea of how much you actually eat.

Yeah, right now I will focus on letting my tendons heal and then I will start building up them slowly with exercising.

And I will definitely take note of my intake more now since I'm not able to work out currently.

Well done for working out:) It doesnt matter that you couldnt complete it today, maybe next week you will be able to complete the entire thing. So far you are doing great:)
