I fucking hate myself. I was doing well with a nice healthy cycle ride (~8 miles in all) and now I've blown it all with 2 jam doughnuts, some winegums and a bag of crisps.
For the past 3 days I was doing good

EDIT: Well, I did around 20mins of hardcore trampolining and a 15min cycle ride going at 17.5-18mph, which means, according to this guide I burnt around 190 kcals...which is probably about half that doughnut <_<
I don't know how much the trampolining burned, but I estimate somewhere 100-200 kcals-ish
