X enters the Fray!

I think it's a good idea to do something like bike riding that you can encorporate into your everyday life instead of something like a gym membership. But, no matter what you do, as long as it's exercise it's a step in the right direction :)

I'm a yo yo. I gain so much weight so easily I hate it. I really hate it. But I hope to continue to ride the bike that I have and try to eat better. So much weight gain in a week. It's horrible.
 
I rode my bike into work today. IT took 35 minutes. I hope to try to ride most days or nights. I hope to ride home tonight also!!
 
I agree with you, I gain weight really really easily too! I mean, if I ate like some of those people on those weight loss shows (I mean the way they ate before going on the show) I'd be like 500 pounds! I'm trying so hard... I've worked out for a month consistently 6/7 days and watching what I eat (only having maybe 1 day per week that's above the cals I want to it) and still the weight is not wanting to budge! So I can understand!

I think it's great that your going to be biking to work. It's an excellent way to get exercise in and it'll save you money at the same time! Keep it up, things will change! (for the both of us! ;) )

I've been away for a few months but of course always thinking of weight loss. Looks like Ive made my best progress in a while. I've been trying to ride a bicycle on good days to and from work. I believe this is helping. But I hope to stay focussed on eating well and continued exercise!

Hey, I've been away for a while too! However I won't be starting up my weight loss for the next while. Yup, 2 months pregnant! Hehe.... I didn't want to tell everyone too soon, and it's still soon, should have waited another month... but what can an excited girl do!
