I have seen a lot of mention of this workout in the forums, but I guess I haven't read in depth if anyone has really gotten GREAT results from it. I downloaded the PDF and read through the workouts, I'd have to replace a bunch of the exercises being as my gyms don't have a lot of the equipment necessary.

Anyways I was considering giving it a go, but thought I'd look for some feedback as to what kind of results people have been seeing with it.

Forgive if I started a thread that someone has already discussed, I forgot to search it before writing all this.

I've been doing it for exactly 1 month today. I do a 3 day program one week, then 4 day program the next. I use no suppliments.

I have gained 4 lbs, and have seen a 20 lb increase on my benchpress, 10 lb on on rows, 3 extra chin ups, 90 lb on my leg press (this is inflated due to soreness on week 1)

These are the gains I've seen so far.

As far as my measurements, nothing has changed drastically enough to note.
 
Thx, Dry that's the kind of response I was looking for. I might give it a try.

Evo, I don't have chains (not a very big issue), or a sled (it just looked like fun to drag a sled around again, I can adapt for that tho). I don't have a weight vest, but I'm looking in to one of those, we'll see, I have my own bands, and the big one I am kinda bummed about is that I don't have a box for the box jumps. When I read that I remembered back in high school we had to do those for Plyometrics in prep for football season and I was kinda bummed out cuz that was fun. Over all I should be able to adapt to what I don't have.
 
OK. I think I must be retarded. I completely misunderstood the template, if I'm reading it right now, I have no problems with equipment. The boxes would still be fun, but essentially you follow the rep schemes he has set, and then just pick and choose the exercises you can do or want to do. I am liking this program the more I look at it.
