wrists...

Is there a good exercice to work out my wrists cause i have weak wrists and it makes weightlifting hard when my upper arms can take the weight but wrists can, is there sumthingi can do while at work or something that is easy?
Also, i was wondering about abs, i have abs-ish, my abs go in at the center, is there neway to make them flatter so they are straight not a ) shape?
