Wrist size

I have been working out for a while now... I am trying to increase the size of my wrists... But i noticed that only a specific area of my arm is increasing...

My flexor muscles are getting big - but the muscles on my wrist around the flexor retinaculum is so thin... almost looks disproportionate at some angles... so just wondering if there is anyway i can increase the size of those...
 
Try leverage bar twists, and zottman curls. They work your forearms with a twisting motion. A wrist roller may help also.

If you gain weight over your whole body your wrists should get a little bigger.
 
Your bone structure wont change, so maybe as your forearms grow, your wrist will appear bulkier.

This is true. I have small wrists and have added size to them (in the past) over time. Especially when i concentrated on twisting motions like zottman curls and i added weight over my whole body.
