Wrist popping

Hi there,

I leave a sedentary lifestyle and I am on the computer all the time. I have decided to exercise. I have been suffering from RSI and feel a little ashamed of my personal image.
Yesterday I did some wrist flipping exercises like this:

I was using 4kg weights and I noticed (quite alarming) that as I complete the second part of the movement my ulna pops in my right forearm. It makes an audible click and with my left hand 'spotting' my right arm near the elbow I can feel the right forearm clicking.

Before I rush to see the doctor has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks
Blake.

A better way which might prevent those symptoms is too extend your wrist, and with your other hand - place the weight into the hand extended and lower it. use your non exercising hand to remove the weight and repeat.
