my left wrist is alot weaker than my right, for obvious reasons
thing is, i think i kind of hurt my left wrist some time ago doing some not very good punches on a punching bag, so now it sometimes hurts, and it easily getts infected, not like really bad infection.. tendonitis. a doctor tells you do just massage it and get the blood flowing, dont do resistance training while its on and sometimes they give u some pills that helps. anyways, i was just wondering if there are any exersices or something i could do to prevent this? my forearms are also relativly weak, and i dont want to stop building strenght in them, but if anyone have any idea what could help?
