Wrestling and cutting weight

I am wrestling in high school and I was curious if I should cut weight or not and how? I weigh 135 and have little bodyfat. I was wondering what the lowest weight I could cut to and the best way to do it? thanks

Seems your already thin enough and should be thinking about bulking up a bit.

it is impossible to tell you without knowing your exact BF%
as a former high school wrestler i would suggest you get as close to your weight now so you are as healthy as possible during the season instead of trying to cut and expend precious energy on running off weight(which will sap your strength and sacrifice muscle on a deficient diet)when you need it for your matches
and again i speak from experience- i once had to run off 7 pounds in one day(during school-coach basically wrote me a pass out of all my classes and i ran for 6 hours) i did it but needless to say i lost my duel match because of no energy DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU

As akyoda32 has mentioned, it's very hard to tell on height/weight alone, we could ideally do with a bodyfat % before advising you on anything.
However, going off your BMI I would like to point out that it's quite low and not far off the "Underweight" category, although BMI does not really count for much because someone could have a low value but have little muscle mass.

Going off your picture in your avatar, if that is you, then I would suggest you look pretty well cut already to me, abs showing, reasonable pecs for someone of your weight. So it all depends on your aim, if you are trying to get bigger then I would say bulk, if you are trying to get more defined then I would say cut a little bit more and those abs will stand out.

I guess it all depends on what weight class you want to wrestle in. I don't know much about wrestling as it's not a common sport where I live so I just presume there are weight classes.

But based on your picture you have a good base on which to add quite a bit of muscle mass.

we are getting body fat percentages done later in the season so I can tell you then. Is there a way to do it at home? I weigh 132 and want to wrestle in the 120 or 125 weight class

and an unrelated question How do I develop my lower abs and get them to show more? thanks
