i do full body workouts every other day and i was wondering if on odd occasions i didnt workout instead i did 1hour kick boxing would i lose muscle ?
 
it wont be as effective in terms of muscle as if you did workout, cant you workout 3 times a week AND do kickboxing?
if you will loose musle, i doubt it, but it depends on your diet.
 
ye i do workout 3-4 times a week but im saying what if i missed out 1 day every 2 weeks would that make me lose muscle ?
 
no you won't lose noticable muscle.

but if you only workout with weights 3 days a week, that leaves you 4 days a week to kickbox. why does a weight day have to be missed??
 
cause today i went to the gym i did 4 set bench presses then i decided to box with my mate cause he usually doesnt come with me
im jus saying for any reason if i do miss 1 day of workout would i lose muscle?
