it wont be as effective in terms of muscle as if you did workout, cant you workout 3 times a week AND do kickboxing?
if you will loose musle, i doubt it, but it depends on your diet.
cause today i went to the gym i did 4 set bench presses then i decided to box with my mate cause he usually doesnt come with me
im jus saying for any reason if i do miss 1 day of workout would i lose muscle?
