would i lose muscle?

ive been doing full body workouts every other day i was wondering if i jus worked out my chest legs and back for couple of weeks would i lose my muscles like biceps,triceps, traps, delts?

I would not recommend dropping the compound shoulder work. The single joint exercises associated with bis and tris I never train. Why do you want to cut out some exercises?
 
Shoulders are just about the only thing lacking more direct work with a chest/leg/back split, but you'll usually get your shoulder working through most cheat pressing exercises.

I say, if you want, go for it. But your gains might be faster with direct shoulder compounds.

But you've been on that full body program for a while, haven't you? It might be time to move up to upper/lower splits.
 
and i wanted to know would it be better if i do 3sets of incline and decline rather than incline/decline and flat bench press.
