Hey,
I'm becoming desperate in getting rid of the fat on my stomach area...my main problem are my "love handles" or whatever people call them. They make my stomach look like a pear and they hang over my pants. The front of my stomach seems to be looking slimmer, but with my sides not changing my stomach section looks very odd...I've been doing good cardio and eating healthy (eating fruits, vitamins, lots of water, protein, vegatables, carbs etc.) for at least 3 months. I've lost a lot of weight, but I dont really see much of a change in my stomach area...maybe a little but not a lot.
Should I just keep going on running/jogging and doing the cardio i've been doing, or do you guys suggest something else? Will running with weights help? And should I lift weights more now, or wait until I've lost the weight?
I'm not sure what to do. I've gathered up so much will power and dedication to do this and iv'e been going for months which surprises me...but I'm getting discouraged after seeing limited results. I understand fat sheds in layers? So I'm guessing I just need to be more patient, and keep working.
