Ok I've been working very hard on the lower back as well as every other muscle latly and if any of you guys could give me some great exercises for the Lower Back then thatll be awesome. Also on the friday that just passed this women who teaches kickboxing at the golds gym across the street from fenway park here in Boston showed me a great exercise in which it would be better if I showed you it because I'm not the best at describing exercises. thx
