workouts for back part of shoulders?

i've been working out sporadically for the last two and a half years and have recently started up again. I noticed that my shoulders are bulky in the front and sides, but seem to dip inwards in the back. I was wondering if there are any excercises to help round out my shoulders.
 
Side Press is an excellent exercise for the entire shoulder. Do them with a Barbell with minimal to no weight added.
This guy in the picture uses a dumbbell; I find it much more intense to use a dumbbell. The act of balancing the longer barbell recruits more stabilizing muscle groups and works a heck of a lot better.
